Dean Piermattei has over 30 years of litigation experience in both Federal and State Courts. He counsels and litigates matters for his clients in both commercial and personal injury cases.

Dean’s commercial experience involves not only counseling his business clients on day-to-day issues that arise and helping them avoid litigation but also involves litigating issues when they cannot be resolved. He has litigated disputes involving contracts, real estate developments, shareholder disputes involving both minority and controlling members, warranty claims, insurance coverage issue, employment disputes, leases, fraud, and construction disputes from both the contractor and owner perspectives involving both commercial and residential matters.

On the personal injury side of the equation, Dean has counseled clients and victims who have been injured by the negligence or recklessness of others. He has handled numerous car and truck accident cases, defective product cases, wrongful death, injuries resulting from dangerous and unknown conditions on private and commercial premises, traumatic brain injuries and carbon monoxide poisoning. He has secured multi-million-dollar recoveries for his clients.
